As travel protocols vary from country to country and are subject to change as new information becomes available (even last minute), please always check them shortly before your departure. ​

Health, Travel & Cancellations

 

Before traveling, we strongly recommend that You review your insurance to ensure You have appropriate coverage to meet all your needs and those of your travel companions in case of any loss of property, illness, injury, or death.

We strongly recommend that You obtain travel and cancellation insurance for the entire duration of your trip. This is further protection from unexpected circumstances that might force You to cancel your trip. 

 

Although our General Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy are more flexible than ever, we can not predict all eventualities or cover a short-notice cancellation. The Zurich Insider does NOT offer health, travel, or trip cancellation insurance.

 

However, we do offer a "No-question-asked" tour cancellation assurance for an additional fee. Please consult our Cancellation Policy for more information.

As a primarily walking and outdoor company, our Experiences take place in airy, outdoor spaces, helping to minimize risk and encourage social distancing.

 

Transportation

​

Should you have booked an Experience where private transportation is included, we ensure that enhanced sanitation measures are in place:

 

• Regular vehicle disinfection

• Regular guide & driver health checks

• Possibly wearing a face-covering inside the vehicle 

 

 

Leaving Switzerland

Check with your home country's policies on testing and post-trip self-isolation, as well as the latest travel advisories.
